Dear Ms. Agans,

 

Attached please find American AgCredit’s comment letter in response to the Farm Credit Administration’s proposed revisions to 12 CFR Part 607 regarding the assessment and apportionment of administrative expenses.

 

As outlined in the letter, American AgCredit supports CoBank’s position and offers additional perspective on the district-wide implications of the proposed changes.
