Farmer Mac Capital Framework - ANPRM
Type: Regulation
Federal Register Document Type: ANPRM
Description:
This project would consider whether and how the FCA should amend its existing Farmer Mac capital regulations to align more closely with the Basel III capital framework and similar approaches adopted by the Federal Bank Regulatory Agencies. The ANPRM would, among other things, invite comment on whether adjustments should be considered to the Basel III framework to make certain provisions more suitable for a secondary market GSE with a rural-focused mission.
