High Volatility Commercial Real Estate (HVCRE) NPRM
Type: Regulation
Federal Register Document Type: Proposed
Description:
The proposed regulation would amend the Capital Rule to reflect the recent update to the definition of HVCRE exposure adopted by the FBRAs. The proposed rule would ensure that our Capital Rule remains comparable with the capital rules of the FBRAs and that our Capital Rule also recognizes the increased risk posed by HVCRE exposures.
