Please find attached a second comment letter from our client, MFX Solutions, Inc., in response to the reopened comment period for the rule proposal "Margin and Capital Requirements for Covered Swap Entities" originally published on May 11, 2011 by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Farm Credit Administration and the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
