Please find attached JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. comments on the proposed amendments to the flood insurance regulations (the “Proposal”) to implement certain provisions of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 (“BWA”), as issued for public comment by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Farm Credit Administration, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the National Credit Union Administration and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (collectively, the “Agencies”).
