This database contains the regulations and Federal Register notices that are pending. To print them all out at once, download the pending regulations and notices in PDF.

If the comment period is open for a pending regulation or notice, you may submit a comment about it. To do so, go to Public comments and follow the instructions.


Proposed rules, final rules, and other documents that have been approved by the FCA board but have not yet been published in the Federal Register are available on our website at Prepublication copies of FCA rules and notices.
