Please find attached ICBA’s comment letter and attachment answering FCA’s questions in the ANPRM on YBS farmers and ranchers.

I have attached both a Word and PDF version of our letter.

I tried submitting this letter using FCA’s website but did not notice a way to add an attachment to submit for comment.
